My photography is inspired by finding beauty in the most unexpected places. For example, the “Empty” sign lit at a hotel in a tourist town during the off-season or a forgotten Olympic statue reflecting back to a fascist era. By showing the serenity of a night alone at the beach in contemplation or the eroticism suppressed in a puritan society I give these endangered spaces new life and meaning.
